Equus Safelist is a very good list. 
Its a small list as of this writing, but a growing one.

One thing I like is you get $10 in you account when your join, and you get $5 for each referral after that.  They pay out into your PayPal account at $25.  Nice deal to make a little cash.

You get 50 credits for every email you click on, and the have 500 credit emails mixed in. Very easy to get credits fast.

New members get 20,000 credits when they join and they also get "silver membership' for a month. That means you can send out emails three times a day to about 1,300 members.

Just remember when you join a safelist is to not use your personal account.  Use Gmail from Google, as they allow you to create multiple accounts.  You can also use an email account from your own domain.
